![]() A local woman left her children unattended in the pool area while she went outside to smoke marijuana. During our stay our "private pool" was accessed by locals that paid for a day pass to use the pool. My family stayed here, and we were dumbfounded by what we experienced. So pleasant to see this kind of service and support today! Well worth the money and I would strongly recommend this place for a family relaxing vacation!… The staff was absolutely great and were very quick to respond to any request made. Parking was very convenient to the rooms and there is over-sized (boats and trailers) available across the street. As there is no housekeeping, you also must take out your own trash and all of the recycle bins were over-flowing most days. Although cold the first day and the hot tub very hot, it was adjusted and the rest of the week both were very comfortable and the kids and grand kids spent many hours in both. There are several kayaks you can reserve and use for free. There is a nice swimming are with a sandy beach right outside the complexes back door, so made it nice for the kids to get out on their own. The indoor swimming pool is located across a busy street, so a bit of a concern when the kids wanted to go to the pool. There is no housekeeping service during your stay, luckily there is a washer dryer so that you can wash your towels during the week. Internet and cable TV worked fine, kids enjoyed watching movies in the late evening while the adults enjoyed the sunset from the deck. Comfortable deck over looking Cadillac Lake. ![]() It is the fastest way to get your working directory clean while still keeping the changes. git directory, usually, the path is /.git/refs/stash. Your changes preserved through git stash are saved in your project’s. Run git stash pop to retrieve your stashed changes back.Switch back to branch A using checkout command.Commit the changes and if you want to push to remote, then do that as well. ![]() It will preserve your changes locally in the stack. Save changes to branch A which is your working branch. You might still have to resolve the conflicts manually, though.Ĭontinuing the previous example of branch A and branch B, here is how you will use Git stash to switch between branches while saving your changes locally without making a commit. You can easily stash your local changes, pull the modifications made by other developers in the same file, and then you can apply your locally stashed changes to the same file. If the incoming modifications are on the same lines you have changed, then using git pull will likely throw an error related to merging error. However, that will only happen if their changes do not conflict with yours. If more than one team member is working on the same code file and you want to fetch the changes made by other developers, then you will use git pull which will merge other developers' changes into the file. You can transition between different tasks without needing to undo or redo the changes. With Git stash, you can save your changes locally without making a commit, switch branches, perform other operations, and then reapply the locally stashed changes when you need them. This is not a very flexible approach because your unfinished work will be considered a checkpoint instead of a patch that is still a work in progress. After fixing the bug in branch B, you will switch your active branch to branch A and then run git reset head… to get your changes back. If you are working on branch A and you want to make some changes to branch B, then you will have no other choice except to create a commit at that point in branch A, then commit the code and push your changes so that you can fix the bug in branch B. A lot of work has been added to both branches, and they have diverged from each other quite a lot. If you have two branches, let’s say branch A and branch B. Some of the use cases where you will need Git stash are the following: We will start with why it is needed, how to use it, what are its best practices and some example commands of Git stash. In this article, we will cover Git stash in detail. Note that git stash is only applied to locally versioned files, and developers using the same git repository will not be aware of these stash changes. You can run git stash to save your changes and then use git stash apply or git stash pop to bring back those saved changes. You can save multiple stashes on your local computer and you can apply back any of the stashes at a later stage. After taking a snapshot of your local files, it resets the state of your workspace to the previous commit state. Stash is a Git command to locally store your recent changes in a separate area so you can fetch those changes later. ![]() Fixed a bug where resuming the app resulted in unresponsive buttons and rapid progression through the dialogues.Fixed a bug where menu buttons became extremely unresponsive on the iPhone 3G." On extreme mode, if your SIS starts charging the shield faster than it can be depleted, consider using nukes, as you will be able to take advantage of the "free refill". ![]() Therefore, when it is activating, do not shy away from fighting.Remember that when the SIS starts activating it will not stop until the shield fully charges. This means autocompleting the Phoenix SIS is more less expensive than autocompleting a chromo plasma even though one of the blueprint components is a chromo plasma. Autocompleting a chromo plasma costs $2,361,298. Autocompleting this blueprint costs 756k.The name and nature of the Phoenix SIS alludes to the bird that can rise from its ashes. The blueprint for this Shield Injector can be obtained by docking on a wrecked Nivelian freighter's container just past the asteroid field near the Shelén Station in the Paréah system after the Supernova DLC has been installed. Having a plasma-harvesting turret and the Ion Lambda MK2 missiles in a region with blue plasma clouds would be benificial, as one can easily regain blue plasma that way. Certain fighting ships Like the Bloodstar have good base cargo capacity and many equipment slots, so they won't have to worry about the blue plasma used. For example, when you are using a Rhino to mine Void Crystals, and the voids are bashing your Fluxed Matter Shield (It has a low natural recharge rate but high capacity), you could just let them hit you and not retaliate at all till you deplete all the reserves of crystals, then you shall retreat. Players and their individual playstyles must decide for themselves whether the time and space is worth having a Phoenix SIS installed. Also, for pilots concerned with trading, 30t or multiples of it is very significant. This great power, however, comes at huge costs: The blueprint requires one Chromo Plasma, requiring great patience and resources (Unless you glitch the game to get enough money and auto-complete the SIS blueprint, which costs 756k), and the 30t needed to recharge the shield once cannot fit smaller ships ( Betty, Cicero, Hatsuyuki) without the need of cargo compressors that can take up valuable equipment slots. ![]() Five seconds can decide whether concentrated fire will punch through armor and hull protection or will activate the SIS so a pilot can retaliate quickly. A common tactic after taking massive damage is to either boost away from the attacking ships, activate a cloak, use EMP bombs, or a combination of those methods, so that protection can regenerate. Heavy firefights were in mind with the Phoenix SIS, as recharge and repair times for shields and Ketar Repair Bots are notoriously slow. As long as at least 30t of blue plasma is in the ship, the SIS can continue to recharge the ship's shield indefinitely. It is possible to have an "infinite" shield as the recharging mechanic stops only when it reaches 100%, provided that the rates of damage taken and shield regenerated are equal. However, any damage absorbed will still deplete the shield while recharging, taking up a little more time to fully charge. ![]() When the shield of a ship has depleted from sustained critical damage, the Phoenix SIS immediately activates to recharge the shield within five seconds, an approximation the item's info page does not specify. In order to do so, a certain amount of blue plasma is required. The Shield Injector automatically charges empty shields with energy. ![]() It was also a little tricky in testing to see the touchscreen when shooting outside. Theoretical Credit Risk Assessment ModelsĬredit risk is one of the most important risks faced by credit institutions. The second part will focus on the evaluation of credit risk in Moroccan listed companies on the BVC.Ģ. The first will be devoted to the theoretical approach of measuring credit risk. To carry out this research, our work consists of two (2) parts: To verify these hypotheses we apply risk assessment methods to a sample of 22 listed companies over the period from January the 2 nd, 2014 to December the 31 st, 2014: the IRBF method and the scoring system representing internal rating approaches. Hypothesis 2: The business sector is a level risk determining factor. Hypothesis 1: The market value of companies listed on the BVC is negatively correlated with the probability of default In order to achieve our objectives, we have formulated two (2) hypotheses: The general purpose of our work is to assess and analyze the level of credit risk of companies listed on the stock exchange of Casablanca (BVC). Īs a result, banks are very interested in developing and applying internal evaluation models of credit risk, including the calculation of probability of default in order to optimize the return on loans granted. In this paper, we propose a methodology for estimating these probabilities of default and thus allow potential lenders to apply the internal evaluation methods (Z-score or IRB), Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (2011). The major challenge for estimating this risk for banks is the calculation of probabilities of default. In addition to the BAM circular, this obliges banks to use the IRB method in their credit risk information systems. Indeed, the Basel II Committee considered that credit risk is the most important risk of a bank, since it considered that for a bank, credit risk represents between 75% and 90% of the total risk. Credit risk, known as counterparty risk, is defined as the risk that a borrower could default on its liabilities: whether he is unable to keep his promise to pay the interest on time or to repay the principal to on the deadline. It is clear that several types of risks (market, credit and operational. In June 2014, Bank Al-Maghrib’s (BAM) prudential regulations accompanying the adoption of the Basel III standard came into force in order to strengthen the financial strength of credit institutions, Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (2015). ![]() The evolution of banking activity in recent years, and after the subprime crisis, makes the management of credit risks an important issue. The only real answer is its the one that makes you the most satisfied. What makes one of them "best" is such a subjective thing. There are many very excellent mandolins, at many price points, some manufactured, some hand crafted by an individual luthier, some made over here, some made over there, and the differences between them are not near as important as the OPs question would hint at. I think "the best of the best" is kind of a loosy goosy concept. :))īrentrup, if you can find one these days. As has been mentioned on the Cafe many a time, this is a golden age of mandolin luthiery.Īlso, the mention of a Schmergel is a bit misleading, since the price is such a closely guarded secret, though some say that only a deed to your soul, signed in blood, begins to approach the cost. The point of the thread was to answer the OP's question about the top of the line builders known for bluegrass cannons, but it is worth noting again that there are many, many, many, terrific small shop builders making great instruments for much less than the price of a Dude or a Gilly. You can still get Ellis A models used in the $2-$3k range, though the prices on his F models have been rising a lot in recent years as his rep continues to grow. A used Ratliff F will run you in the low to mid $2k range and his A models typically sell used for under $2k. Long time builder who has always kept his prices very low. One of the many things going for Collings is that they have a great rep and are usually sub $5k, with the A models in the $2k range. Spend a few months (or years) casually watching the4 Cafe Classifieds and you'll get a surprisingly good feel for builders and prices.Įllis, Collings, Ratliff etc priced at something over 10K for one of their top model F styles.Īctually, that's a bit misleading. I guess it's also worth noting that when I think about prices, I tend to think of what they tend to priced at in the used market. In the $4k-$7k range you might have your Ellis, Brentrups, BRWs, Elkhorns, Collings, and many, many other small shop builders making great mandolins in both A and F styles that are great for bluegrass. All of those tend to sell in the $10k range and higher. That said, it was in a bluegrass setting, and the guy who owned it bought it for playing gypsy jazz type stuff.Ī short list might include: Gibson Master Models and selected vintage Gibson F5s (Loars and stuff from around that era) Dudenbostels, Gilchrists, Nuggets, Duffs, Red Diamonds. I've played a couple and wasn't impressed. They are in a class of their own for tone and versatility. ![]() ![]() I would say the Rigel mandolins are seriously underrated because they don't have the Gibson look. I edited my first post above to reflect that. I guess I was thinking mandolins used primarily in bluegrass music. I would tell you to look at Brian Dean's Labraid bowls and Grand Concert, Rolfe Gerhardt's Phoenix mandolins (not just the bluegrass model) in addition to the usual suspects (Dude, Gil, Brentrup, Brock, Lewis, Hamlett, Etc etc etc.) Honestly, there are too many really good builders making consistently solid perfroming mandolins with a variety of great voices to try and peg them all down! It's a pain to get them there so he brings over interesting things. Since he's in the UK, he brings over mostly really good mandolins for sale over there. If they weren't good enough to command the price they wouldn't get it right? To a certain extent, you can base your survey on how much a certain builder's instruments sell for. What specifically are you looking for? FStyle arch tops, bowlbacks, flat tops/backs, traditional look, new design, cost, tone (for a specific genre)? ![]() At first, when any of them is liberated and compelled suddenly to stand up and turn his neck round and walk and look towards the light, he will suffer sharp pains the glare will distress him, and he will be unable to see the realities of which in his former state he had seen the shadows and then conceive some one saying to him, that what he saw before was an illusion, but that now, when he is approaching nearer to being and his eye is turned towards more real existence, he has a clearer vision,-what will be his reply? And now look again, and see what will naturally follow if the prisoners are released and disabused of their error.Above and behind them a fire is blazing at a distance, and between the fire and the prisoners there is a raised way and you will see, if you look, a low wall built along the way, like the screen which marionette players have in front of them, over which they show the puppets. And now, I said, let me show in a figure how far our nature is enlightened or unenlightened:-Behold! human beings living in a underground den, which has a mouth open towards the light and reaching all along the den here they have been from their childhood, and have their legs and necks chained so that they cannot move, and can only see before them, being prevented by the chains from turning round their heads. The Republic, Book VII, translated by Benjamin Jowett 2 Quotes about the Allegory of the Cave. However, the other inmates of the cave do not even desire to leave their prison, for they know no better life. A philosopher aims to understand and perceive the higher levels of reality. Socrates explains how the philosopher is like a prisoner who is freed from the cave and comes to understand that the shadows on the wall are actually not reality at all. Three higher levels exist: the natural sciences mathematics, geometry, and deductive logic and the theory of forms. The shadows are the prisoners' reality, but are not accurate representations of the real world. The people watch shadows projected on the wall from objects passing in front of a fire behind them and give names to these shadows. In the allegory, Socrates describes a group of people who have lived chained to the wall of a cave all their lives, facing a blank wall. It is written as a dialogue between Plato's brother Glaucon and his mentor Socrates, narrated by the latter. The Allegory of the Cave, or Plato's Cave, is an allegory presented by the Greek philosopher Plato in his work Republic (514a–520a) to compare "the effect of education ( παιδεία) and the lack of it on our nature".
